During the onboarding process, I will gather as much information as possible from you so that I have a complete understanding of your current level, I will ask you everything from exercise history to a full breakdown of your favourite foods. Every detail is considered.

Your Support
I will give you my full support throughout your journey, this will include your weekly check in, one on one private messaging with me throughout the week to keep you supported in between check in's. Access to our WhatsApp group. Full educational section covering every topic needed to support your goals.

Your Plans
You will receive a completely bespoke nutrition and training plan based on all of the information you give me, everyones plan will be different depending on your goal, current fitness level, whether it's a gym or home programme.

A personal trainer in your pocket
With everything available at your fingertips, our app will provide you with everything you need all in one handy place, access your workouts at the press of a button on your phone, so you can easily view each exercise demo video as you work through your training programme, logging your workout so we can track your progress.
