Terms of Business
Please carefully read this document as it outlines the terms and conditions between both parties.
The parties agree to the following terms and conditions:
Engagement for Online Coaching Services
The Client is engaging, LMC Health & Fitness, for online coaching services.
LMC Health & Fitness and its Directors do not, under any circumstances, diagnose, prescribe, or treat any illnesses, symptoms of illness, or medical problems.
Any advice provided on supplements, nutrition, training, emotional well-being, and physiology is advisory and should not be deemed as prescriptive.
Our fees for coaching services are payable in advance. Clients must commit to a minimum of three months.
Check-In Requirements
Clients are required to check in within the specified time and day provided in the onboarding information. Failure to check in three times (without prior notification) will result in the termination of the coaching agreement.
Payments
All payments are processed via Stripe using the Kahunas App. Payments are on a monthly subscription basis, unless the client has purchased a three or six-month package upfront.
All subscriptions and packages have a minimum commitment of three months.
Cancellations
Clients must provide their coach with a minimum of 14 days' notice to terminate their coaching agreement. Failure to give the required notice will result in the next month's fee being charged.
Cancellation of a three or six-month package, for which the client has made an upfront payment, is not allowed before the completion of the committed period. No refunds will be given for such cancellations.
To cancel a subscription, please email Louise McCormick at louise@lmchealthandfitness.ie at least 14 days before the next payment is due to ensure no further charges.
Refunds
No refunds will be given for any packages or services provided by LMC Health and Fitness.
Pausing Subscriptions
The client's program and subscription cannot be paused.
Dispute Resolution
In the event of a dispute that cannot be resolved through mutual agreement, both parties agree to engage in mediation or legal representation.
Health Advisory
Before undertaking any programs or guidance, it is strongly advised that clients seek a full consultation from their GP or medical professional. Pre-existing medical conditions must be recorded on the pre-exercise medical questionnaire.
